I have started to learn the various chanting phrases in Pali and some English / Thai translated phrases.
There are many styles and purposes of chanting. Normally learned from a book and listening to chanting from Monks and Sangha. I have been searching for some that sound similar in tone and rhythm / cadence to what is done in my local temple.
I will update with a post containing more content soon. I will also record morning and evening chanting from my local temple, with kind permission of the Sangha and Monks.
Here is an example of a morning chant in Pali (also with Thai text) from YouTube.
The text and english translations of this chant can be found here: http://www.dharmathai.com/morning-prayers-thai-buddhist-chanting/
